1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ch33 platform, including visitors who browse without registering and registered players who hold an active account. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one ch33 account. Creating or operating more than one account — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or through a third party — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or winnings held across duplicate accounts may be voided in their entirety.

3.3 Account Security

All activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is considered your responsibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the time period specified by ch33 will result in account suspension and may delay or prevent the processing of withdrawal requests.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. ch33 does not accept deposits from third-party sources.

Deposits are credited to your ch33 wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the relevant payment provider, typically within 60 seconds for mobile banking methods. ch33 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being satisfied. ch33 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any outstanding KYC requirements.

ch33 reserves the right to perform additional identity verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on ch33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. Western Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3 etc.) are used for all monetary figures. ch33 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies without explicit prior arrangement.

4.4 Inactive Account Fees

An account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ch33 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to inactive accounts after notification has been sent to the registered email address. Players are encouraged to log in regularly and to contact support if they wish to close their account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn as cash. Bets placed on games that are excluded from bonus wagering contribution will not count towards meeting the requirement.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ch33 operates a zero-tolerance policy regarding bonus abuse. Any player found to be systematically exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or providing false information to claim a bonus — will have their account suspended and any associated bonus balances and winnings derived from those balances voided.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

ch33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a player and the player has begun meeting the associated wagering requirements, ch33 will use reasonable endeavours to honour the terms under which the bonus was originally awarded.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

6.3 Sports Betting

6.4 Maximum Winnings

Winnings that exceed the stated maximum will be capped at the published limit regardless of the outcome of the underlying wager.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place wagers or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports market.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an advantage not intended by ch33.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or illegal financial activity through the ch33 platform.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to ch33 via a payment provider without ch33's prior written consent.
• Using the ch33 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including commercial activity or advertising.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ch33 platform — including but not limited to the ch33 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of ch33 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any ch33 content without express prior written consent from ch33. Unauthorised use of ch33 intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ch33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the ch33 platform, even if ch33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ch33's total cumulative liability to any individual player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ch33 does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows, third-party service outages, and events outside ch33's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. ch33 shall not be liable for any losses incurred during any period of unavailability.

The ch33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ch33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy or completeness of any information published on the platform.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ch33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ch33 will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. 12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.

12.2 Termination by ch33

ch33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where ch33 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation. 12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue to apply.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ch33 platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of one party notifying the other in writing, the dispute may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent ch33 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.

14. Amendments to These Terms

ch33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
